Just got back from a fantastic appointment with Jay, who helped me with a giant list of issues I’ve been having for years with my neck, back, knee and foot! He was so, so helpful, made sure I was comfortable at all times and was very informative with his explanations about why my issues had arisen and how I could avoid them in the future. All whilst treating me with acupuncture and a very satisfying neck crack (which felt like years and years of built up tension!) leaving me feeling so much lighter! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Jay 🙂
