ABOUT REGAL PHARMACY

Regal Pharmacy is the trading name of AV (Bees) Limited, a UK company registered in the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with GPhC Number: 1040041.

Our staff are regularly and intensively trained to help customers with all aspects of their healthcare needs; from simple over-the-counter advice and medicines to treatments for minor ailments.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:50pm.
Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:50pm.
We are CLOSED on Sunday.

CPPQ – Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire - Patient Survey

All pharmacies are required to conduct an annual community pharmacy patient questionnaire (CPPQ), also referred to as the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire or Patient Survey. The questionnaire allows patients to provide valuable feedback to community pharmacies on the services they provide.

At Regal Pharmacy, we always try to provide you with the best possible service. We are asking NHS patients to complete a short and anonymous questionnaire about the service we provide.

You also have the option to download the forms and complete the questionnaire manually. Click here to download the Questionnaire in paper form. Once downloaded and completed, you can post the form to us or bring it in person.

We have Patient Questionnaire forms available in our pharmacy; please ask a member of the staff.

We will use the results of this survey to improve the services we provide at Regal Pharmacy.

HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT

At Regal Pharmacy, we welcome your comments and suggestions.

We aim to give you the highest standards of customer care and service. Should you have any complaints about our services or products please speak to our pharmacist. We operate a formal complaints procedure which is part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. If you need any information, wish to leave a comment or suggestion, need to report an incident or lodge complaint about this website, our staff or any of our products or services, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Page on this website; alternatively, you can write to us at Regal Pharmacy, 48-50 Chatsworth Rd, Lower Clapton, London E5 0LP. You may also call the Superintendent Pharmacist, Anish Vinod Patel, on 020 8985 2536.

Additionally, you can get advice from the local Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). PALS is not part of the complaints procedure itself, but they might be able to resolve your concerns informally or can tell you more about the complaints procedure and independent complaint advocacy services.

Just got back from a fantastic appointment with Jay, who helped me with a giant list of issues I've been having for years with my neck, back, knee and foot! He was so, so helpful, made sure I was comfortable at all times and was very informative with his explanations about why my issues had arisen and how I could avoid them in the future. All whilst treating me with acupuncture and a very satisfying neck crack (which felt like years and years of built up tension!) leaving me feeling so much lighter! I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Jay 🙂

Jayesh is an incredibly knowledgeable and gifted healer who knows exactly how and where to treat and manipulate various points in the body to bring measurable improvements for many conditions. He has treated not only me but also my husband who had a back pain flare up and couldn’t sit or walk. After a 30 min session with Jayesh, my husband was able to drive home instead of me, which he hadn’t been able to do for about 3 weeks due to the pain. I have been recommending Jayesh to many of my family and friends. Go and see him if you’ve had enough of your condition and want results.

All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. Jay is superlative. As a pharmacist and as an osteopath he combines deep wisdom that comes from years of curiosity and practice with a real compassion for the patient and a willingness to listen. Likewise Antonietta. I recommend the practice all the time and the people who have taken up my recommendation always tell me that they come to same opinion as me about it. Thouroghly recommend it!
